How long can it stay Dry and Warm in Reno Nevada?

The news tells us that there are storms on the way – eventually – but in the meantime some of the grass lawns, shrubs and landscaping at the homes that I visit to show to potential customers are going to suffer greatly when Spring arrives (or perhaps is already here).  I would suggest that every homeowner spend a little time in their yards doing maintenance a little earlier this year.  They will reap the reward of not having to replace dying bushes and other plants that lost the ability to survive such winter dryness.
